Open Practice at Wainsgate

Charlie facilitates these sessions at Wainsgate Chapel as part of the Wainsgate Dances programme. An hour to move together with others going at your own pace, moving in relation to whatever current concerns Charlie is working with. It’s pretty open in how you work with the information Charlie gives, and sometimes there is an option to stay for another hour and look at some more specific details with Charlie
