Webb-Ellis – Inheritors project

Charlie has been invited to be part of the brilliant British/Canadian artist filmmaker duo Webb-Ellis‘ new project Inheritors. More information soon. Here’s a blog post they wrote about a series of Charlie’s classes they attended in London.

MD301 Series performance Amsterdam

  Charlie recently performed a solo at OT301 as part of the performance series MD301 curated by Manuela Tessi.

Pitch

Charlie was recently invited by Richard and Malaika Sarco-Thomas to go to Malta to work with them on the creation of a film with Rafael Mielczarek which explored struggle and conflict through partnering work and contact improvisation. The film will make it’s first appearances soon. More information to follow.

New work with Colin Poole

  Charlie has been invited by choreographer Colin Poole to work on research for a solo performance exploring race, identity and trauma… As part of Choreodrome at the Place. There will be a showing of a section of the work on Friday 8th September as part of Touchwood at the Place.
